It’s election day here in the States and I thought I’d do my part to get out the vote.
So grab your owners, head to your local voting station and make sure your bark gets heard.
I know some will disagree with me, but you really should vote C (canine) all the way down the ballot. That way you won’t need to educate yourself on specific issues and will insure your best interest will be served.
Needless to say, of greatest importance is the race for the presidency. To that end I’d like to highlight Leaf Anderson, the first cocker spaniel to run for the highest office in the land. Due to limited funds, you may not have heard much about him, so I find it my duty to get the word out.
Don’t look at this as an endorsement, but rather a strong suggestion to vote for the Leaf/Cuddles ‘08 ticket.
Here’s the campaign video.

Wondering what Dogster’s top dog is doing these days? Hob nobbing with the internet jet set crowd, that’s what. Here we see Ted being interviewed, on Internet Superstar, by Martin Sargent of TechTV fame.
It’s an entertaining piece I think you’ll enjoy, if only for the segment 30 – 60 seconds in.
Get a glimpse back to Dogster at its inception, as well as the plans Ted has for the foreseeable future.
Sabrina works for an advertising agency, Park & Co, and she needs our help. Her office decided to see how creative its staff was by putting on a Video Film Festival and Contest.
Sabrina and three of her colleagues got together, along with 6 adorable pups, and showed what great results can be produced with a collaborative effort. The most watched video is going to win a $1,000 prize. If Sabrina’s group wins she is going to do something really special with the prize money which is why we all need to watch this adorable video.
If we win, we will be donating the $1,000 to the Arizona Animal Welfare League and SPCA, the state’s oldest and largest no-kill shelter. Their shelter facilities provide a temporary home for nearly 2,000 dogs and cats every year, offering medical and behavioral treatment for those in need. They are an amazing organization. Maricopa county has the second highest “kill-rate” in the nation.
