Photo Caption Contest: Tongue Tied

This week’s photo comes courtesy of a cool little guy named Cody here in San Francisco.  In addition to being a natural ham (see the picture) Cody is also looking for a good home. So, if you’re in the SF Bay area or know of a responsible dog owner who might like a great little addition to their family you can contact the good folks at Milo Foundation to learn more.
