Sometimes it’s all about perserverance (any dog will tell you that) and if you look up the word tenacious in the dictionary you’d see today’s contest winner listed there by name. Huntington (Thinking ’bout Rosie 24/7) has been a regular (and prodigious)  competitor in this caption contest but until today, victory has slipped through her paws. Well, not any longer. Today’s clear winner and the 50 Zealies go to you, my friend.

Caption Contest Winner for 4/27/2009

Something in last week’s photo certainly struck a chord because we had over 130 entries for the contest. While many of the posts were truly funny it was Murphy who carried the day and walks away with the 50 Zealies. Congrats, Murphy and thanks to everyone who participated.

Happy Labor Day, everyone. Well, the running Pug seems to have inspired a lot of creativity over the past week but in the end Shelby reigned supreme and scored the Zealies with her witty offering below. Congrats, Shelby!
