This made me laugh so much, it’s a shame he didn’t grab the guy but way too funny that he was obviously a fun loving playful pup. That made my day (I’ll just hope that guy didn’t do anything too terrible).
The bad guy must have been a dog person. Pluto figured he couldn’t be all bad.
Maybe his handler forgot to tell him he was “working”! Looks like he was having a good ol’ time playing with the bad guy.
Clearly, this GSD was more of a herder than guard dog. He/she circles the bad guy like a herding dog would, but doesn’t realize dude’s a bad guy. TOO FUNNY!

The officer should watch Law and Order or CSI a bit more often so he can learn how to jump somebody’s back. Somehow it always works on TV ;o)
