I got a response from Shannon. Patty has been given more time!! Shannon has been getting slammed with a lot of emails about her though, so the prognosis looks good!!! Thanks again to Horst and Lisa for posting her story, and to all of you for crossposting!

Is there any update on Patty? I emailed Muttville and they refered me to a senior rescue in Cleveland, but they are full and because she does not get along with other dogs, could not take her. If I did not have three and such a small place I’d take her. I also emailed my network to see if they can help. Hope she gets saved.

We submitted a dog a while back, Peanut. Sadly, she passed away. She will be missed and loved. Love your dogs for as long as you have them.

Horst and Lisa I remeber your story on Muttville in California and I sent them her story. Remember they only take take senior dogs. I’m sure she is really stressed and does not understand why her family has not missed her and came to claim her. I hope Muttville can help. Barbara, Nashville, TN

Thank you for posting this story Horst and Lisa! I did recieve an additional email this AM stating that she has been getting better with other dogs as well. She may just be very stressed out at this time.
