Photo Contest Winner for 4/13/2009
Mark Rogers

A big round of applause to this week’s contest winner, Talmadge, who managed to pick words that fit this scene just perfectly. Well done, Talmadge. The 50 Zealies are well deserved.

And, as we draw near the first anniversary of this blog feature I’d like to get feedback from everyone — both regular participants and newbies — as to how we can improve the contest and make it even better. Just make your suggestions by commenting below.I look forward to hearing from you.

Mommy thinks the ones with multiple dogs is more fun than the single dogs. Maybe throw in a non-dog animal too with the dogs. I know many dogs like taking funny pics with their feline, feathered, & cold-blooded friends! :)

    talmadge, you nailed it!

  3. Sparky

    Great caption Talmadge! Love it!!

  4. Roxie

BOL, that is a great caption…… right on!

  5. Manny

    Good job, Talmadge!

Mark, you could do some sort of side contest, to where us Dogsters submit pictures to be commented on… (How is your stock holding up?)

Might be a mess to keep track of… There’d have to be some way to keep it from being overwhelming for you. Maybe a seperate site you could browse at leasure.

Hmmm… Entries are automaticly dumped after some fixed period of time to keep the file fresh and clean. Die hards, could re-submitt when and if they noticed their favorite submission is gone.

One submission per Dogster for sure. (Or I will personally overwhelm you!)

What you have now is the only thing I regularly follow, so its great as is!!!!

  6. Enzo's mom

    That is brilliant
