When I was a puppy, I snuck into the girl's bedroom during Halloween season.
Mommy heard this, 'thump, thump, thump' and asked daddy (r.i.p.) what that noise was. He said, 'I don't know, go see'. Mommy opened the door to the bedroom and out comes me with a big orange pumpkin stuck on my head (photo in my dogster album). I stumbed out of the room bumping into the walls. I made my way into the kitchen where I proceeded to bounce off the kitchen cabinets. Now, instead of rescuing me right away, mommy was heard laughing as she ran to get her camera! How dare she take photos of me during my most embarrassing moment in life. And just for the record, 'NO! I was not trying to steal the candy! I simply went to visit the girls and the pumpkin jumped on my head!' That's my story and I'm sticking to it!

We adopted Jasmine. The place that rescued her rescued her from another shelter the day before she was to die. Then, we adopted her on her birthday. She has been here for almost two happy years.

Mickey is so loveable he will lick you to death as soon as you walk in the door. My friends and family describe this as a "licking problem" but for me getting all of this loving is certainly not a problem.

We both love to eat when our pawrents eat.

We both love to go to our local dog park and have fun with all of our friends and sometimes have treats there.

My Maltese/Chihuahua, Zeus, likes to eat near my family and when we go up to visit my family I have in another state, his bowl is in the laundry room. Well, when I put his food in his dish and while we are eating in the kitchen, he'll put at least 5 or 6 pieces of food in his mouth and carry them out the kitchen and then put the food down on the floor and then he'll take each piece and eat it. When he's eaten all the pieces he goes back and gets some more!

My rescue lhasa apso, yuji, came with some bad behaviors-the worst being that he jumped up on counters and ate anything there. Some things he ingested include two unripened avocados, a frozen steak, and an italian loaf of bread. We've had him 2 years and he turned out just fine-he taught us to NEVER leave anything edible on the counters!

Oliver is the best little dog anyone could ask for. The other night I was feeling quite depressed and he made me laugh. He was laying in his dog bed with his head pushed under the side and his four legs up in the air. I love this little guy so much!
