Well, I guess she told you, Courtney. lol

My feral Hope is much the same and is currently on the lam. I will never give up on her though, and I pray she will be home for Christmas.

Bless you.

My Birdy girl was a Tijuana street dog, and it took Baja Rescue a while to catch her, she was only 6 months old.

I had lost my best bud Diggz only a few months before and wasn't "ready" for a new dog yet. But a persistant friend at work kept sending me pictures of Dalmatians that needed rescuing.

I saw Birdy (back then she was Diamond/Desiree) and just knew. But she had just been adopted. I was so sad. I just knew she was supposed to be my girl.

Well a couple of weeks later I saw her back on Petfinder. So I called, and they told me she was being picked on by the new adopted parents other dogs. And that they didn't want her.

Truth was, she was much younger than they thought, still teething and had separation issues. She needed training, time and a lot of patience, which clearly her adopted parents were not interested in.

So they drove her to my house and she's never left. She is my beautiful baby girl. I twas meant to be.

my furbaby cooper is a toy poodle that was bornj with no knee caps. When I got him he didnt get around very well so , with some water therapy and massages and a lot of love he can run like the wind. This summer we went to visit my son in Michigan city. Took Cooper to the beach and there were two standard poodles and one bernese puppy, big puppy. Cooper ran on the beach with all of these babies, lets just say he ran with the big dogs now he doesnt have to stay on the porch with the pups.Ha. The Bernese puppy was a wonderful dog, she would run out into the water and turn and set and let the waves hit her, then she would roll in the sand. Im sure her mom and dad had fur with that. My point is that even though Bernese is a big dog they are very gentle. Im glad this baby found her way back home.
