It seems so hard to believe that people can just forget this simplest and seemingly obvious facts that puppies grow and need a bigger collar. They need a collar that you can fit about two fingers in for comfort. The flip side of this is that adjustable collars loosen themselves up after a while and if you walk your dog with just it's regular collar and leash you should make sure it isn't too loose because if they pull it can come off and they can run off.
