Bella Needs Our Help: Calling All NYC Residents To Be On Lookout
A friend of Bo’s just sent this heartbreaking message…let’s see if we can help.
Kenyon’s mom received a message from one of her rescue contacts about Bella’s situation.
Bella - NYC; OWNER’S EX DUMPED HER AT A KILL SHELTER
Her rightful owner is searching desperately for her because her ex dumped the dog at a kill shelter knowing she wants Bella !Can you forward this photo to shelters in the area if possible or send it to someone who can? Tell them to hold her because her momma is desperate to be reunited with her. Please help!
If you have any information on Bella please send me a message, bark back to the Dogster, or p-mail Kenyon’s mom directly.
C’mon Dogsters, let’s help bring Bella home.

Thanks Lisa and Horst for posting this. We have our paws crossed that someone will recognize beautiful Bella and she can be reunited with her heartbroken mom.
Have they conttacted all ACC in 5 Boros, local counties and Rescue groups? There are quite a few and beeing a “family dog”: she might get pulled by rescue. I am pmailing a quick Petfinder search to you KM. Paws crossed for Bella and her Mom.

I really hope she is found. We are trying to get the word out there in our groups
Thank you all for your love and support. I pray that Bella is reunited with her loving and heartbroken mom. I am unable to reach her this afternoon. I will try again in the morning.
What in the he** is wrong with people (a person…) that they would do something like that? I swear, it makes you wonder about humankind sometimes….How cruel and heartless. Poor dog has no idea what’s going on and just wants to go home.
Wish I could help but I am down here in Ohio!
We are looking for an update…we have spread the word through our groups…we are praying Bella is found.
BELLA IS HOME!
I sent out the original email.
so here is the update
Bella’s Mom got her lawyer to put some legal pressure on the ex and forced him to admit where he had taken her.
She is home safe and happy and her mom says that she was astounded by the care everyone took to try and help bring Bella home.
Celia, thanks for the update. I have posted the good news on all of the boards where I shared Bella’s plight.
