They shoudl return the dog to a negligent owner and get attached to another pound pup - until that psycho owner comes after them.</description>

		<description>I read about this in my local paper.  I have to admit, if one of my dogs went missing and ended up getting adopted and I found out about it, I&#039;d probably do something crazy too.</description>
