It's really cool some of the ways that they were able to lessen the carbon footprint. And if I say so myself, it makes the animal shelter somewhat more pleasant than the other Dallas Animal Services shelter on Forney Road. Doesn't do much for the problem of overpopulation, but still...everything we can do helps.
