I was a member of the U.S humane society. I used to go to your conventions. Combining my two passions- writing and dogs- will be the best and no doubt most challenging thing I have ever done, but I have a feeling the outcome will be worth it. Not only that, but I'll have more time to spend with my husband and our pups- the biggest perk of all! Kudos to the authors for compiling these ideas for the rest of us- thanks for sharing.
