Lexie Lew Dog Beds — A Review
The Ward Pack and I have seen a LOT of dog beds. In fact, we’ve gone through a LOT of dog beds. The Lexie Lew bed we got to try out recently is definitely one of the best.
The Lexie Lew bed I got is very well made with an attractive and durable cover. But the thing that sets this group of beds apart is that they have built-in burrowing pouches. Here’s where the fun starts.
Beatrice quickly figured out that she could get under the ample extra material that serves as the burrowing pouch. Star, on the other hand, kept trying to pull the material loose so she could pile it up like clean sheets. Sol and Annie like the bed just as it is and make a point of claiming it whenever we’re spending time near it.
In all, the Lexie Lew bed is an excellent dog bed. It is light with a loft filling that makes cleaning easy. The cover can be removed and washed or you can throw the whole bed in the washing machine. I love that because I hate wrestling the covers on and off dog bed covers. Invariably if you have a lot of dog beds like I do, you end up with the wrong beds matched to the wrong covers.
In all, the Lexie Lew dog beds are a lofty alternative to the usual bed — good quality, attractive to dogs and easy to clean. What more could you want?

We are interested in making our own design dog beds. Can you help. Are you manufacturers or just suppliers. We are looking for a European Source not far east.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Leann,
You may want to contact the Lexie Lew folks directly.
I have found you can put disposable KleenSheets on your dog beds. Keep the bed nice, clean and fresh and just dispose of it at the end of the week. That way…..no dog hairs in the washing machine. Saves your water and time and they are biodegradable.
