Very nice post..I purchased Spotlight last week. Its an A-GPS Pet Locator, which sends me email & text alerts, whenever my pet leaves the safety zones; thus it prevents my dog from wandering away from home. I highly recommend the device to all pet owners who want the reassurance of their pet's safety at all times.

I can't understand why the pet owner cannot do the monitoring? Why is it so costly for this device? I think it would be more beneficial if the owner could use the device to hook up to their own pc and find the location of the pet, then download the area to a mobile locator, which would be a hand held device that would allow for the exact location to be accessed? It would allow the owners to be more independant in their searches and of course would be more inexpensive. OR, what about making a device that could allow all of the same forementioned capabilities to allow someone's GPS they ALREADY own to be capable of the search and find?
