Martha Stewart Mourns Chow Paw Paw

Stewart Devastated After Dog’s Death
Lifestyle queen Martha Stewart is in mourning following the death of her beloved dog on Saturday.
The Chow Chow, named Paw Paw, died of renal failure. He was 12 years old.Writing on her official blog, Stewart recalls the pooch’s “agreeable temperament” and the happy times the pair spent together.
She writes, “Paw Paw was a spectacular chow and an even more spectacular dog. He was always my loyal companion. Paw Paw loved traveling with me and was always a willing model for the camera.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss since it is also too fresh in my heart the loss of one of my very beloved poodles Missy. It is a heavy heart that I say that time is all healing as I know you must already know. It is not an easy thing that we go through losing these special little peices in our lives. I would not ever give up the time that God gave me to share with my sweet angels,.They gave me so much while they were here with me on this earth.They will forever be in my heart as I know Paw Paw will be in your heart. My deepest sincere sympathy goes out to you in the sad time in your life…Paw Paw is now a sweet angel watching over you and will be with you forever in your memory and in you heart… Another sad heart missing her sweet angel Missy.

We are so sorry to hear about your Paw Paw – he is the Daddy of our Zinger and was a very lovable and friendly Chow. He was somewhat famous in our house…while attending a dog show with Linda & Elaine in Syracuse one year they came for a visit and he casually lifted his leg on my indoor Ficus tree!
I’m sorry about Paw Paw, and I bet he was a wonderful dog :3 Chow Chow’s are adorable, and we all know how it feels to go through a loss of a pet, poor Martha.
