He said surgery is unlikely on the about-7-month-old dog. Krupka said any surgery would be cosmetic and not improve the animal's walk." I'm confused. The condition doesn't cause Angel any pain but does cause problems with mobility. How then would surgery be only cosmetic if it could improve Angel's mobility? Maybe I'm missing something here.
