Greetings from cold Stockholm, Sweden!I thought I might tip you about a story I’ve covered on my blog. It’s about a man who allegedly kicked a bichon frisé to death and is now pleading he acted in self-defence. The story has run in the press here in Sweden today.

Swede Kicks Bichon Frisé to Death

Unfortunately, even violence takes place against dogs here in Sweden. Aftonbladet reports this evening that a Bichon Frisé called Ronja was kicked to death by a 51-year-old man who claims he acted in self-defense.The incident occurred earlier this summer in a holiday area called Grovstanäs, just north of Stockholm.
11-year-old Bichon Frisé Ronja and 9-month-old pup Findus were playing about on the lawn outside Cecilia Lindqvist and Morgan Svensson’s cottage.
An unnamed 51-year old male approached with his own dog, a dalmatian. Findus, ran out to the road and barked at the man.
According to Morgan Svensson the man ordered him to control his dogs and threated to kick them if he didn’t or set his own dog on them.
Ronja then came down to the road to investigate. Svensson told the man to leave his property but the man kicked Ronja in the stomach, kicking her into the air before leaving.
Svensson acted promptly, putting Ronja in his car and driving to the vet.
“But she died on the way. She looked at me and then closed her eyes,” Svensson told Aftonbladet.
The 51-year-old is now being charged with animal cruelty. He denies the charge, instead, claiming he acted in self-defense and was only trying to protect himself and his dog.

That is just so sick and sad. Like a bichon is really a threat to anyone, and to have it happen on your own property. So, so, sad.
I say, that is one sick, sick man. If I EVER kicked a dog I think I’d kick myself! My thoughts and prayers are with the owner, who has suffered a terrbile loss.
I can’t imagine what her owner must of been feeling when she saw Ronja being kicked. I feel so sad this was the way her life ended. I hope that terrible man gets what he deserves. My prayers and thoughts go out to Ronja’s owner.
Now a days ignorance, fear, outrage, and anger seem to be the hidden agenda covering the mass regnat populus. Only problem is that the sense or “moral consciousness” of the moral goodness or blameworthiness of one’s own conduct, intentions, or character together with a feeling of obligation to do right or be good a faculty, power, or principle enjoining good acts the part of the superego in psychoanalysis that transmits commands and admonitions to the ego, just plan does not exist any longer as a standard in this world.
This new millennium is showing what ugliness it is bringing to us and we can see the tide is rising all around us. The shifting sands are upon us and we must be extremely careful….for instance the reason they wish to remove our strength of our dogs is a mere way to “control populations”.
Look at who own the dog breads they want to eliminate. It is very simple people… Look at your very own HISTORY books. When you slowly change little laws and like the frog slowly turn up the heat of the water he will not notice. Disarm them a dog can protect you. They do not want that for your future grandchildren. YES do not think of now its just a “little warm” now
If these types of stories can make people as a population FEARFUL of larger breads of dogs then the officials can have you willingly give up you BEST FRIEND to be killed!!!!
We need to WAKE UP it is all connected it is happening all across the globe.

I think this man was a possible SET UP & PROVOKED the
11-year-old Bichon Frisé Ronja who was on his own property …….seems DELIBERATE to me. Turn and walk away was an option!!!!!!!
My Heart is in deep Sorrow for Cecilia Lindqvist and Morgan Svensson and the 9-month-old pup Findus, who must grow up with out the love and guidance of his friend.
Just how much HATE and death must good folks endure before our officials will take a strong stand against this EVIL.
Which Judge is going to set a precedent to stop this demonic behavior of killing?? I pray the whole world.
