Pa. man jailed on dog taunting charge
October 10, 2007

PITTSBURGH –A Pittsburgh man accused of taunting a police dog on Sunday was being held in jail on $100,000 bail. Police say Kenneth King, 23, taunted Benny, a German shepherd, as he walked by a police vehicle.

Police say King screamed that he hates dogs and threatened to kill the animal after it started barking.

King’s mother said the situation is serious, but questioned the high bail. She said people have been arrested for hurting people and they don’t have bail set that high.

Oh and even funnier, very recently, I left a phone message for my alcoholic brother and threatened him (about sobering up), he had a restraining order put out on me and had them issue a misdemeanor arrest warrwant. So now I have an arrest warrant in thestate he lives in. Are the laws going to far? Freedom of speech is becoming a thing of the past. All due to this new National Security Agency and the applicable laws. When are our troops going to learn to goose step and say Heil!
