I have a convertable. Even if my hood is down, my windows are up and I have a leash on my pup that is actually around the bottom of the gear shift. My condolences to this man. How very sad.

How sad is this. Our dog travels only after she is wearing her dog seat belt/harness. It is called a SASHA and can be purchased on line through http://www.bowwowbungalow.net We pray that the family recovers emotionally.
