		<description>Do they not have shelters to get dogs? Why must they take people&#039;s own pets away? I would think it would be a much better idea to find dogs at the shelters that have potential to be service dogs, as I&#039;m sure there are at least a few. They should definately be trying this first rather than asking owners to relinquish their beloved family pets.</description>
