YouTube Report on Russian Cat Lady Who Has Rescued 130 Cats

What a large heart this woman has! I know that in the States if someone had 130 cats she would be accused of “hoarding” but remember that there are very few shelters or even assistance for rehoming dogs and cats in many parts of Russia. Some international organization should help this woman find a large shelter for the rescues and rehome them!
