I wish we have the same organization here in the Philippines but sad to say, a country with many poor residents can't think of that anymore. Ordinary dogs and cats in the country is the common victims of neglect. I wish that there must be a law on having a dog and qualifications too... so that only those who really love dogs can have dogs. in that case number of neglected dogs will be lessened...
