That in itself will not help dogs or anybody. Dogs traditionally do not live inside people's homes in Somalia. Also, Somali/Muslim cabbies deal with abusive, drunken anti-Muslim riders - often carrying knives, guns, etc. - and so the cabbies have every right to be worried. The whole point is to reach out and help one another create a good understanding. I'm sure that Somali kids who encounter loving, clean & darling doggies will be charmed - just like kids all over the World. "Peace be unto you!" Respect is the answer, not prejudice, be it with people or critters.
