Contact Information for Menu Pet Foods Executives
If you would like to let Menu Pet Food executives know what you think, here is their contact information.
I know everyone is upset about the way we and our furfriends have been betrayed but PLEASE be civil when writing to Menu executives. If we want them to take us seriously and realize the depth of the evil their company has done by being more concerned about their bottom line than our pets’ lifelines, we MUST remain civil in all interactions with them, including our letters and phone calls.
Thanks to Clinton for meowing this information into the Pet-o-Nomics Group.

just one comment, as this may explain why some of these Menu Foods people seem to have such an “above it all” attitude during these press conferences…
Serge Darkazanli’s email address

adoremus is Latin for “we adore”

Rhon,
I’m glad to hear Winston is winning!
Thanks, Joy, and all the other Dogsters that have barked in with pawmail, Stars, rosettes, and even a photo stroll titled “hugstoWinston”. What a wonderful, supportive community!
Thank you for the email site, I let them know we lost our beloved dog last Friday.
This is a copy of what I sent to all of the executives….I’m dead sick of corporate profits getting in the way of quality……Thank God my pet was unaffected, you sorry son-of-a-bitch, when are corporate profits enough? So many companies are doing this crap…cutting product to maximize profits, or going with cut-rate product. You try your best to line the pockets of shareholders and executives…Turn your intensions around!!!!!! I swear to God! un-f this you mf monsters!

I want everyone to be aware of the fact that Menu will cover all vet bills, without contest, accoding to the information published on the menu foods income trust website.
I was shocked to hear about this incident and made sure my cat back home was safe as soon as i heard. I also checked pet food at my friends houses to make sure their pets were ok. That said, I think the company has so far been doing a good job by recalling all their stuff, offering to pay vet bills for affected pets, publishing this all on their website and finally trying to actually speak with concerned consumers and pet lovers by scaling up their call centres as quickly as possible.
Finally, the source is not rat poison, but contaminated wheat gluten that had melamine, a mineral used in plastics. I think this is a case of a novel new contaminant being found that we must now screen for, just like when human food is contaminated we learn a lesson, Menu and hopefully all who source their materials from countries with different standards than our own will undertake their own safety testing.
–
“”Quite simply, one supplier’s product was adulterated in a manner that was not part of any known screening process for wheat gluten,” Henderson, the presdient of Menu, said.
“The important point today is that the source of that adulteration had been identified and removed from our system.”
He said the FDA’s announcement earlier in the day supports the recall process used by Menu Foods and clears the company of wrongdoing.
Henderson also said the company will be providing compensation to customers for veterinary bills and said the investigation is ongoing.
“To the extent that there is a cause and relationship to the extent that the individuals suffered a loss as a result of consuming Menu Foods, yes Menu will take responsibility.”
He also said there has been no further evidence that the pet food was contaminated with aminopterin, a rat poison and cancer drug.
The New York State Food Laboratory announced last week it had found aminopterin in the pet food.
The FDA probe found melamine in wheat gluten that was used as an ingredient in the pet food, in samples of the food itself, and in the urine and kidneys of some deceased cats. “
I don’t find any vet bill reimbursement info on any of the sites listed as Menu Foods Etc.
Could you put up a link to the website please.
David Hill…do you live in Connecticut? Do you breed shih tzu’s?
Just so ya know…all the menu foods email addresses go to the blank page “menu foods income fund” and there is nothing interactive about that site save a list of recall information. The retards are holding up and harassing litigants to get them to sign waivers to prevent lawsuits. Time to burn the company AND its execs (figurativly) out of the food industry.
According to Menu Pet, they want anyone who feels their pet was affected by their food to call into the consumer phone number and give the person on the phone all your relevant information. This is what we’ve been told by Menu Pet.
This sounds like a really stupid or amazingly brilliant way to keep petparents from making claims. Either way, that seems to be the only way to make a claim other than through a class law suit.
