Collar Me!
Feeling blue with your local choices of luxury dog collars. Want your pets style to match your tiffany necklace?
Willis, one of the world’s top dog collar designers is bringing his designs to the USA for the first time. His designs are straight from Padova, Italy and have names like Soffi, Vicolo Tre, and Pontini.
These chic and fashionable collars are very scarce. Only 1000 collars are made each year and only 5-10 of any design may be available. One could say they have a better chance of scoring a table at Rao’s in New York City. But, those lucky few will get a beautiful custom designed collar specific to meet your and your dog’s personality.Collars come in three sizes 1″/1.5″ and 2″. These collars are not for the budget minded as they start at $1500 all the way up to $2500. Made of fresh Nubuck and are available in black, chocolate, and tan.
Those not lucky to get chosen can put their names on the waitlist, you will have the access the the new line of collars next year three weeks before the rest of the world.
Find out more about these collars at Twilanimal.com.

If Willis is “one of the world’s top collar designers,” how come no dog owner I know has ever heard of him, and a Google search yields nothing about him? The self promotion in the Bio section of Twilanimal.com simply screams of someone who is hoping to stir up buzz that doesn’t yet exist. And personally, I don’t even think the collars are that attractive; but surely there will be customers who buy these just for the so-called “exclusivity factor.” Whatever.
I agree–I’m in the dog collar biz and have never heard of him.
If you’re looking for a spectacular collar that’s handmade right here in America, from hundreds of Swarovski crystal beads, check out Bark & Sparkle. Oprah’s and Barbra Streisand’s dogs AND a couple of Westminster Best in Show winners own Bark & Sparkle collars, if you like the “star factor”.
And I donate from 10-25% of every sale to great animal organizations like Hearts United for Animals and DELTA Rescue.
My blog has lots of neat stories and photos, too–see it at http://www.barkandsparkle.blogspot.com. Stop by and see me!

Given the cost of their collars, you’d think their web site would be well designed. Not so!
I just purchased a Twil Collar and they are simply fantastic. I have shopped for “High Quality” animal products for years and its always the same thing, nice package bad product! I never heard of Willis, however, this collar GREAT! If you don’t know who he is, I’m sure we all will very soon.
I met Willis two years ago in Italy. He does work for a very good friend of mine, who happens to be very wealthy. The social event was on the Eolian island, it was very nice. FYI: You won’t know who Willis is unless you are part of this private society.
Hold onto your hats! “Willis” is really Mark Willis, Pres.,Mngr of an export company of fibergalss for construction. His address is a P.O. Box number in NYC, not Italy and he only has a cellphone and fax number which can’t be “reverse look up” by number.
. All this can be found on the website Alibaba.
So much for Luxury.
