		<description>Yes I&#039;m delighted about this. Strays have been a problem but some people have been laying down poison which is a truly terrible way to remedy dogs barking at night in residential areas.

I&#039;m glad that Belgrade authorities are doing the right and responsible thing - after all many of these dogs were released onto the streets when, during the wars and sanctions, people found they were no longer able to afford feeding them.

In this part of the world there isnt much in terms of animal friendly policies. For this reason I give this positive development three woofs!</description>
