Pit Bull Rescue Video

Its been a while since I posted a tearjerker. Well. get ready this is one MASSIVE tearkjerker! I don’t care if you love pit bulls or not, this one will get you!
Ken Foster, author of The Dogs Who Found Me and a true dogster sent me this link after our interview. By The Way, its another good one so keep checking back to read Ken’s interview. Also, that’ s NOT a picture of Ken at the top of this post.
This is a slide show put together by a Pit Bull rescue group in CA that took in Pits from New Orleans after Katrina. The slide show is just beautiful and very moving. Make sure the sound is on:
I’m telling you now BEFORE you click on the link to get out the tissues! Consider yourself warned!
For more information on this group’s work check out their website.

I had to stop watching by the 3rd picture. I could no longer see the screen as my eyes were so filled with tears. This is so heartbreaking. Bless all the animals that went through Katrina.
I know how you felt Nancy. But I would say to try to hang on through the whole video. The end of the video gives you great hope for these dogs and even greater admiration for the people who work with them.
That was so very touching. What beautiful and wonderful animals! Thank you for sharing that!
Absolutely beautiful….
heartbreaking… but bless you for all the work you’ve done for this misunderstood breed.
Truly remarkable how these animals could survive what some humans could not……..that speaks of the drive and will of this breed. Pitbulls are the only kind of dog for me and my family, and they are the very best family dog out there.
I thank God there are people out there who care enough to stop the insanity with cruelty to these and other beautiful animals , I wish I could afford to take them all in but i can not afford too.
just want to thank you for all you have done for these angels! i wish i could donate $ but have a sick pit bull (her name is PEACH) who has cancer and is in chemo (very $$$!!!). i will not give up on my best friend and i know you won’t give up either! it feels so good to know that others love these dogs as much as me! please keep up this fight!
This is one of the best (although definitely a tearjerker) film regarding saving animals-particularly pit bulls that I have ever seen. I have a rescue pit bull and cannot believe what a wonderful animal he is and how much we love him!
I can’t believe some people are advocating the eradication of this wonderful breed. Pit bulls are not the problem-but the people who use/abuse them are. Thank-you for this video!
its shocky..thanks.. you have picked a realy true video…which will create our heart more soften …Icannot complete this video full….
